How do I upload a photo to my listing?
The most frequent mistake users make is to upload your photo or logo to your USER PROFILE. You need to upload it to your LISTING. Log in, go to VIEW MY LISTING.
To add a photo to your listing page, you need to upload it as your logo. There is a spot when you edit the listing to upload your logo. It must be no larger than 300 pixels by 300 pixels and must be in jpg, gif, or png format and the file size must be under 100 KB . The images section of your listing is used to upload ADDITIONAL images that the visitor may view by clicking on "images" in the right box of your listing.
I can't access the documents with my user name and password.
The documents section has never been part of the directory. Your login to access documents has not changed - continue using the same login to access the documents.
